Beginning 24–26 July 2026 and available on alternating weekends until 13 December 2026, The Weekend Buffet Collection takes place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, inviting diners to return for a different experience each weekend. Every offering is thoughtfully crafted around premium ingredients, seasonal flavours, and immersive dining concepts.

Saturdays: The Grand Cyan Buffet

Saturdays showcase Cyan Modern Kitchen’s most indulgent buffet experience. Guests can savour freshly grilled seafood, lobster, crabs, shellfish, premium meats, international favourites, and interactive live cooking stations during lunch and dinner.
